Terms of service

"foraudits", "we": Eixos Inteligentes, Lda. "Customer": the entity that contracts the service. "Platform": foraudits software and services. "Customer data": the data the customer and its customers upload or generate on the platform.

foraudits is an AI audit platform, including bill data collection and extraction, review of reports against standards and audit workflow management. Features may evolve.

The AI review is decision support. Suggestions, scores or gradings produced by the platform are not a certification, accreditation or attestation decision. The decision and the signature always belong to the customer, who is professionally responsible for its work. foraudits does not warrant that outputs are error free.

The customer is responsible for its credentials and the users it authorises. The customer may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, may not attempt to bypass security, and may not upload content it has no right to process.

The customer keeps ownership of customer data. The customer grants foraudits the licence needed to process that data and provide the service. foraudits and its licensors keep all rights in the platform. Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy and the Data processing agreement. Customer documents are not used to train models.

Plans and fees are as agreed in the proposal or subscribed plan. Unless stated otherwise, amounts are in euros and exclusive of applicable taxes, for example € 100 plus VAT. Billing, cycle and renewal terms are those of the contract. [Complete with the actual commercial terms.]

The contract runs for the agreed term and renews as defined. foraudits may suspend access in case of serious breach or security risk. At the end of the contract, the customer may export its data, which is then deleted or returned under the Data processing agreement.

The service is provided with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, foraudits excludes implied warranties and limits its liability to the amount paid by the customer in the relevant period. foraudits is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Each party protects the other's confidential information and uses it only to perform the contract.

foraudits may update these terms and the service, giving reasonable notice when changes are material.

Portuguese law applies. The courts of Braga have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save for any mandatory rule to the contrary.
